[Major Announcement] ConnectedRoom Hub for Windows, macOS and Linux

Philips Hue integration is not working anymore due to API limits having been reached. The growing volume of ConnectedRoom makes us hit every limit possible, and companies like Philips are limiting us on their API. Decentralization of ConnectedRoom Volume of users is growing very fast and caught us by surprise. Many limits of many third party tools we use have been reached too quickly. As a business, these are growing expenses that need to be taken care of quickly. Lights need to be running locally on the user’s network, or it will be an endless fight against API usage. Physical Hub vs Software Hub Because we do not feel good about requiring a purchase to all of our existing customers, we decided 5 weeks ago to start the development of a software version of the ConnectedRoom Hub that will be able to be running on existing computers, or servers. A new product line will be announced this week concerning this, one that will be physical and require a purchase, and a DIY version that will be able to run on existing Windows, macOS and Linux installs. Stay tuned in the app, on social media to learn about our new solution to run lights locally and the decentralization of ConnectedRoom. If you have ConnectedRoom OS, simply pair the ConnectedRoom Hub and Philips Hue lights will start working again, bypassing existing limits. DIY openness ConnectedRoom’s vision is to simplify the access to automation to everybody, while also keeping it advanced enough for power users to push further. This is why a headless version of the ConnectedRoom Hub will be available to run on Linux servers as well, including Virtual Machine images for tech-savvy users that wants to run their lights locally on their existing infrastructure.

Bulk Screen Profiles

it would be awesome to see a option on the screens page to toggle between presets that can update the settings for all screens all at once rather than having to do each screen one by one for example I love the cycling screen option and I would love to have all of my screens on a cycle whenever games are not active, but when its game time the option to click one button to set all of my screens to my desired game time profiles if that makes sense Bonus if there could be a option to either check a box to enable these profiles a X amount of time before games, and after a game ends…… or the ability to create a custom schedule for changing screen types in general

Gameday Player tracker

The new player tracker screens are amazing…… I would love a team vs team game day player tracker screen where you dont have to select players to select, instead on the screen types options you would select a stat you want to track ( hits, goals, assists, points, Pim) and then the screen will automatically display the top 5 players for both the home and away team for the current game And then cycle through the player cards for both teams aswell that way tou can display player stats from both teams without having to constantly add and remover players from your tracker

Sleep mode for connected room OS

it would be awesome to see a a powersaving mode for computers running connected room OS. so when there is no game scheduled for selected teams on the current day then maybe OS can turn displays off to save power, and then automatically wake them up for a set amount of time before a game, or be woken up in the app itself Lol this request is mostly me being lazy as I dont want to constanty turn on my pc every time there's a game

DJ Moore missing from Buffalo Bills, some names not displaying correctly

DJ Moore does not appear on the Bills roster for player tracking. Also, some players with non standard names, example, Frank Gore, Jr. are not displaying properly. His name shows as “F. Jr.”. There is a player on the bears with a picture but no name displayed, and another with “L.III” showing. That is Luther Burden, III.
