Scene support for Kasa Smart LEDs

I want to be able to select "Scene" as a color effect for my Kasa Smart LEDs. The setup guide mentions clicking on "scene to be animated," but this option is missing for Kasa devices. It would be great to have the same scene functionality that Govee users have.
